PLUS FormWork is an Estimation Software, which helps reduce the time required for preparing BOM, calculating Area, Weight, Holing Pattern, Reinforcement Placement, etc.. As seen in the work flow, it reads the Take Off file as Input, generates BOM with just a Click of Button. It displays the Material Summary, Fabrication report - Holing Pattern and Reinforcement placement.
PLUS FormWork has an optional module which allows a SuperUser to change an existing Component BOM definition or add a new Component and its BOM. Note: Access to this is restricted by means of a password.

PLUS FormWork shows list of available Holing Patterns and Reinforcement Placement as shown in following dialog. You can add or change patterns by Clicking on Edit button.

PLUS FormWork contains two types of Holing Patterns, first default Holing Pattern which is applicable to many components and second special Holing Pattern for some of the components.

PLUS FormWork features Edit BOM dialog, with this dialog you can make your own component BOM for the specific project. To do this click on Edit BOM button, select the material and enter the details as shown in the picture.
As a part of reports, PLUS FormWork calculates following things -
| - Total Weight of the material with wastage. | - Holing Pattern based on height from the Floor level and Reinforcement Placement based on component length. | - Total Area and Weight of the components. |
